Our Facility

The manufacturing facility property consists of an approximate 10 acres of manufacturing classified land.

There are two main buildings in the property which include an administrative facility shown in the right hand side of the picture and a manufacturing facility consisting of 60,000 Sq Ft of manufacturing space, shown to the left.

The manufacturing facility has the capability to produce high volume perforating jobs through the use of a series of 100 Ton hydraulic presses as well as a high volume Schuler mechanical perforating press.  For low volume, low tooling cost, custom design patterns and samples, our manufacturing shop has available several CNC Amada Turret presses and CNC benders in addition to normal operating and maintenance equipment such as mig welders, vertical drills, tool sharpeners, table top mechanical fly-wheel presses and CNC mills among others.
